TOWER Facility Services was established  in Orlando, FL in May 11, 2021, offering commercial contract cleaning and other custodial related services  to include Post Construction Cleaning in Central  Florida. Tower Facilities Services, Inc. is 100% Minority Owned Business comprised of highly qualified and trained employees serving a wide range of satisfied clients such as contractors, churches, education, health, retail stores and property management.

 

The company  was formed by Mr. Rene M. Garcia, who is a small business starter.  He has vast experience in the Cleaning Industry since 1991 working for different companies in New Jersey and New York City, later he opened his first cleaning company in 1995 namely RITEWAY Cleaning Services in North Bergen, NJ.,  In 2007 he moved to Orlando, FL where he continue working in the cleaning industry and other trades outside the cleaning industry such as Luxury Transportation Service with a company he started in 2015 namely Rencia Luxury Transportation.  Due to the Pandemic he was force to close Rencia Luxury Transportation in March 2020.  Today at Tower Facility Services,  Mr. Garcia don't sit behind desks, he is sole proprietor and operational Manager who is directly involved in servicing facilities and takes personal responsibility to make sure TOWER Facility Services team is not just meeting your expectations but exceeding them regularly. Our expertise in managing labor allows TOWER Facility Services to remove costly inefficiencies and partner with our clients by sharing the savings.

Today he is deeply involve in all aspects of the company, from Operations and Client Development to Customer Service, meaning that he is in the field with the employees, working side by side.  His strong foundation in operations and commitment to customer  service allows him to deliver high quality  service to his clients.
