Proactive Corona-virus Disinfection Care

Hand clean & Disinfect all high touch areas

Our Yellow Tier package is a precautionary and preventative corona-virus disinfection plan. It is not in response to any suspected nor confirmed case of COVID-19 Corona-virus. It is simply out of an abundance of caution and care for the patrons, customers , residents, employees and the community of a business or apartment complex. It consists of daily,  bi-weekly or weekly cleaning and disinfection.

ORANGE TIER: 

Reactive Corona-virus Disinfecting Response

Hand clean & disinfect all high touch areas , 8 ft down; walls, floors and all surfaces.

​

Orange Tier is a cautionary and focused corona-virus disinfecting plan. It is in response to a suspected case but not a confirmed case of COVID-19 Coronavirus. This plan is best after a person suspected of being infected with COVID-19 was inside the building. It is a detailed, acute 10-ft down disinfection which includes a deep cleaning and decontamination.

RED TIER:           

Confirmed Coronavirus Eradication Response

 

  • 8 ft down; walls, floors and all surfaces

  • Hand clean & disinfect all high touch areas 

  • 8 ft down; walls, floors and all surfaces

 

Red Tier is an immediate, aggressive, corona-virus eradication plan. It is in response to a confirmed case of COVID-19 inside one or more of the buildings. This process is immediate, and we will customize a plan of action specific to you and your business.

 

***To qualify for this service, you need to meet all three qualifiers:

​

      1. Your facility has had all high touch areas cleaned recently (last week)

      2. You can clearly designate any “NO SPRAY” areas prior to starting

      3. All loose papers and/or light items need to be put away or weighted down

Coronavirus Remediation by Trained Technicians

 

We Do Not Sub-Contract. Our Techs handle all Cleaning, Removal, & Disposal

All three Tiers of Action Plans include the following:

  • Removal and disposal of bio-hazard waste

  • Usage of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) by all technicians
